Lockbox/Coupon Book/Online Payment Service Contracts
Associations often would like to provide their members multiple methods, and we can provide treasury management services through our affiliated providers. Often times, smaller associations by their nature are not eligible for lockbox services, coupon book services, online payment options. Our team would be willing to provide oversight to your banking relationship. Ashoka Lion will work to help setup the account, apply lockbox payments to the association account, and work to assist with trouble shooting the account.
Your association would be eligible to get:

2) E-Check Payment Options
3) Credit Card Payment Options (fees are charged to homeowner and not the association)
4) Free Website to provide associations with a centralized place for homeowner to enjoy (we can help maintain website for seperate fee):
